Please acquaint yourself with our withdrawal times so you know when to expect funds to land.

South African Rand (ZAR)

Four times every weekday at 9AM, 11AM, 1:30PM and 3:30PM (GMT+2).

 

Please ensure that withdrawals are submitted at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled processing time to ensure it is included in the batch. 

 

Cryptocurrency

In real-time but could take up to 3 hours due to the OVEX enhanced security measures and processes.

 

Please note that withdrawals can sometimes take up to an hour to confirm due to network congestion.
