MISSING/INCORRECT SN REF WITH MY FIAT DEPOSIT
If you forgot/used the wrong SN Number as the Beneficiary Reference with your FIAT deposit please do the following:
1. Email support@ovex.io from the same email domain linked to your OVEX account.
2. The subject line must read: Missing or Incorrect SN REFERENCE # with Deposit.
3. You must attach a legitimate POP from your bank that indicates the payment made to OVEX.
