MISSING/INCORRECT SN REF WITH MY ZAR DEPOSIT

If you forgot/used the wrong SN Number as the Beneficiary Reference with your ZAR deposit please do the following:

(1) Email support@ovex.io from the same email domain linked to your OVEX account

(2) The subject line must read: Missing or Incorrect SN REFERENCE # with Deposit

(3) You must attach an interim banking statement that indicates the debit on your account to OVEX
