OVEX does not offer IT3(b) certificates. It is up to our clients to submit returns made from crypto arbitrage and interest generated in our interest accounts in their ITR12 (Income Tax Return).
Returns generated from the OVEX Arbitrage Service and OVEX Interest Accounts are taxable.
On your Interest Account dashboard: you can access a record of all Interest Account deposits for each respective coin. You will also be able to see the Total Interest Account Balance as well as Total Interest Earned for each respective coin.
On your Arbitrage Service dashboard: you can download a statement that summarizes all of your arbitrage round cycles. For each and every arb trade you will be able to see:
(1) The ZAR amount traded
(2) The exchange rate
(3) The TUSD amount credited
(4) The net profit earned from said trade
